We operate under a 07-day return policy, meaning you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact us through our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Due To Change Of Mind :- We understand that sometimes minds change. SAHAPECT gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind if a request to return is made within 07 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and they will be responsible for arranging their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account for a future purchase. We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been completed. Please note that while we refund the value of the returned goods, we do not refund any shipping costs paid.

Warranty Returns :- For warranty claims, SAHAPECT honours valid claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers must pre-pay the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Once we receive the items for a warranty claim, you can expect us to process your claim within 7 days. Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, you will have the choice of receiving a refund to your payment method or a replacement item sent to you (subject to availability).

Damages and Issues :- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items :- Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges :- If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to proceed is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.
