Unauthorized use or reference to our brand name SAHAPECT® is prohibited without the consent of the trademark owner or authorized licensees (granted that such authorization falls within the scope of the license). Legal action may be pursued against infringers under the provisions of the Trademark Act, 1999, as offenses under this Act are considered cognizable.
